“ After a long wedding weekend, I finally found a breakfast sandwich that hit the spot! Food: my wife and I both got BECs but I really enjoyed the volume of food and how actually delicious it was. I always do mine with chipotle/spicy mayo and the mayo actually had significantly flavor to it. Service: everyone from the food counter to the front was so nice! It was such a pleasant experience. Ambiance: this is one of the cutest general stores I've seen in NJ. Perfect during the fall and I love the separation between store and restaurant. ”

“ Minus one star for the prices. But ... this place has character. Walk back in time to a mom and pop shop that serves fresh, delicious food and sells kitchy stuff and gourmet spices and jams, and this is what you walk into. You almost feel like you are in the country even though you're 5 minutes away from McMansion suburbia. We got the everything bagel with pork roll/taylor ham (not getting involved in that debate!) egg and cheese, and coffee. Came out nice and hot, and was very enjoyable. This place is worth a look, even if you just buy one of their funny t-shirts. ”
